Going digital in Civil Services Exam?

Everything is going digital. Even the medical treatment, college education, many for free, some charged! 

I wonder still why the online is off with Civil services exam but for filling up of forms and some website with copy-pasted material. 

There is a need for institutes to adopt the evolving MOOC technology to go digital with their courses available free or charged for students. 

The institutes in delhi charge exhorbiyantly drilling parents' pockets. Cost of living for one or two years in delhi during classes add further mysery. The expenditure gets added. Though it's possible for rich but still there are good number of poor candidates who need to have an alternative cost effective solution for their Civils attempts.

I feel the institutes, or the officers who get through the exam, need to adopt MOOC to create online video lectures and content which then may be made available to the students. 

The digital India would help in taking this content to the remotest parts of the country in no time. It's beneficial for aspirants.
